Einstein Bros.® Bagels Is Coming to Cincinnati, Bringing Fresh-Baked Favorites, Fun Flavors, and a Refreshed Vibe
Beloved Bagel Brand to Open Five New Locations Beginning this Fall
Denver, CO (September 8, 2025) — Big news for breakfast lovers in the Queen City: Einstein Bros.® Bagels is bringing its fresh-baked-all-day bagels, chef-inspired egg sandwiches, and bold breakfast flavors to Cincinnati with five new bakery locations.
Guests can expect bagels baked fresh every morning, and throughout the day, alongside a menu that pushes the traditional bagel boundaries. From an extensive lineup of double-whipped cream cheese shmears to destination Signature Egg Sandwiches like the All-Nighter, Texas Brisket and Maplehouse, every visit offers something new to discover.
The existing Einstein Bros. Bagels in Westchester will receive a complete remodel, while five of the new restaurants will open in former Bruegger’s Bagels locations. Cincinnati will be the first market in the nation to debut the ‘Elevate the Morning’ bakery design that delivers a warm, welcoming atmosphere reflective of the brand’s fun personality and fast-casual experience, focused on showing off its fresh-baked bagels.

- Clifton: 3317 Clifton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220 (Opening Fall 2025)
- Columbia Square: 3515 Columbia Parkway, Cincinnati, OH 45226 (Opening Winter 2025)
- Westchester: 9216 Allen Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45069 (Re-Opening Winter 2025)
- Cincinnati Airport (Opening Winter 2026)
As Bruegger’s locations transition to Einstein Bros., all existing Bruegger’s Bagels Rewards members’ points will seamlessly transfer to the Einstein Bros.® Rewards program, allowing guests to earn and redeem rewards without interruption. As a token of gratitude, all existing Cincinnati Bruegger’s Rewards members also received a bonus of 500 reward points, good for a free Baker’s Dozen Bagels or two free egg sandwiches, setting them up to explore the new Einstein Bros. menu when locations open.
