EINSTEIN BROS. BAGELS CELEBRATES WALNUT AND CYPRESS OPENINGS WITH PET ADOPTION COMMUNITY DAYS AND SPECIAL GIVE-BACK OFFERS

Denver, CO (August 4, 2025) – Einstein Bros.® Bagels, known for its craveable fresh-baked breakfast, has officially opened two new locations in Walnut and Cypress, CA. To celebrate, both stores are teaming up with local animal rescue organizations on Saturday, August 9 for heartwarming community events that will feature meet-and-greets with adoptable pets, opportunities to support local rescues, and plenty of fresh-baked bagels.

In Walnut, the pop-up dog adoption event will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 515 N Grand Ave., Suite E, Walnut, CA 91789, in partnership with Ozzie and Friends Rescue. In Cypress, the pop-up cat adoption event will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. at 6931 Katella Ave, Cypress, CA 90630, in collaboration with The Little Lion Foundation.

At both locations, any guest who donates $5 or more in-store—either monetarily or through donated items—will receive a free egg sandwich or bagel with shmear, plus a coffee. In Walnut, requested hard items include dog toys, blankets, dog beds, crates, and dog food to support Ozzie and Friends Rescue. In Cypress, guests are encouraged to bring blankets, cat toys, or kitten food to benefit The Little Lion Foundation.

Ozzie and Friends Rescue (OAFR) was founded in 2016 by Nancy Jimeno out of a passion for saving dogs in need.
